Q: Where are we located and do we offer services in your area?
A: We are located on the Central Coast of New South Wales, however through the internet and modern technology we are able to offer a secure and personalised service Australia wide from the comfort of your own home.
Q: Can your spouse and family members access our accounting and taxation services?
A: As well as our specialist family day care service Child Care Accounting and Financial Services offers a wide range of other accounting and taxation services. If you have a partner or other family members who also need their tax and accounting work completed, we have the resources and expertise to service their needs at competitive rates.
Q: How do we provide our services?
A: We provide our services securely over the phone and internet Australia Wide. We have many tools to help provide a professional and personalised service.
Q: Is your information secure?
A: We provide all of our clients with an individual and secure client portal to upload and download various files and documentation. Significant resources have been allocated to ensure you receive the highest levels of internet security available.
Q: Do we accept paper records and other manually kept cashbooks?
A: Yes. However, in order to reduce costs we encourage you to keep electronics. If you need any assistance in maintaining your paper records or would like to change over to a software /electronic service please contact us to find out ways we can assist you.
Q: What are the basic computer requirements to access our service?
A: All you need is an internet connection (preferably broadband). Our service is designed to be easy and if you can send an email and surf the internet you will have no problem using our service.
Q: What type of Electronic Records will we accept?
Our preference is that you submit your records in electronic format. We will accept records prepared in the following software packages
